This is nothing more than people finding a easy less boring way to level up, again, taking ADVANTAGE of a game mechanic. Stop trying to control and tell people how to play. I haven’t heard anyone getting banned for it either. This is simply taking advantage of the mechanics of the game. I haven’t looked but I haven’t heard about it so I doubt it. Now if he was using some sort of mod, or found a way to manipulate the game (as in, modifying code, but DI probably has css/cross site scripting mitigation and many vulnerability such as ending the code string so no one can manipulate it). Let people play the way they want, including afk leveling. People view it as some sort of ethical offense. People simply don’t like it because they don’t wanna do it. But simply because you go afk and leave your character standing around wacking at mobs? Who tf cares?!!? How in the world does his change YOUR life?! Or your gameplay?! Just do it too wtf. This is hilarious how people are trying to justify someone being a “cheater.” Maybe this could be frowned upon behavior because it’s circumventing “intended” gameplay such as actively participating in your leveling and farming. An exploit would be like falling through the floor and being able to kill people in a bg. There is no api, no Java script, no program or code written, no mod, nothing, nada, zip. And there is absolutely NO manipulating the game as was mentioned doing this. Why does this affect you? And how? HOW? HOW does this AFFECT YOUR GAMING?! Literally, I agree with OP. Anyone who has an issue with it, takes the game too seriously.
